CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 2 business days' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $49 no-show fee.

PACKAGE PURCHASES, MEMBERSHIPS, GIFT CARDS & PREPAID SERVICES

All package purchases, memberships, gift cards, and prepaid services are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused treatment packages do not expire. However, treatment recommendations and protocols may change over time based on advances in technology, clinical best practices, or changes in a client's medical history. Brighton Aesthetics reserves the right to modify a treatment plan as clinically appropriate while honoring the remaining value of the package.

If a client develops a medical contraindication that permanently prevents the purchased treatment from being performed, Brighton Aesthetics may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward other eligible services or products. Any such credit will not be issued as a cash refund.
